Plastic injection moulding:
De Sa Industries(Pty)Ltd manufacture injection moulds, press tools,
form tools, injection moulds as the Main Core, Die Cast Moulds, Blow Mould,
General High Volume Production CNC Machining and Injection Moulding.
We manufacture the moulds and do the production for the above mentioned
industries, and we also specialize in Press Tooling for the security and
motor industry.
Products ranging from plastic caps and closures, to plastic containers
and plastic housings for electronics, engineering components, etc.
Machinery / Technology
We have expanded our production facility equipment -two 600 Ton Machines
and one 750 Ton machine - to offer injection moulding of larger plastic
products to our customers.
Since the end of 2003, De Sa have the latest machine packages with some
of the latest VMC's machines and a turning CNC. Our company policy is
to keep our machining packages fully updated so as to tackle complex work
with tight tolerance, good finishing and good lead times.
