The workmanship of our toolmakers is of a very high quality.
Our speciality is in the manufacture of complex precision injection moulds to exacting requirments using the latest CAD/CAM and spark eroding technology.
Equipped with the latest CAD technology, our mould design staff will take
your product from your plan or drawing and design the mould to produce the
product you have specified.
Africa Plastics develop our own products, and specialise
in the development of plastic crate design and manufacture, and have recently
developed and patented lightweight plastic crates used to transport frozen
foods and dairy products.
Africa Plastics is involved in international projects such as rigid packaging
and automotive.

We mould plastic parts and components for many well-known products in many
sectors of the South African industry : Electrical, Lighting, Swimming Pool,
Water Filtration, Hospitality, Furniture, Building, Electronic, Automotive,
Housewares, Scientific, Closures, and consumable products are just some
of the industries we supply. Africa Plastics currently has a 80 to 880 tonnes
capacity. From February 2007, we will be increasing to 1500 tonnes capacity.
